Since the update to GCC6, openSUSE:Factory/bitcoin fails to build

Issue is tracked here as well - https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/8260

Worked around in https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/403844

Check suite failures are simply ignored (only the log printed) and masked
