kernel fails to find virtio root device

I think this happens due to [ 1.513486] localhost kernel: virtio-pci 0000:00:00.0: can't enable device: BAR 0 [io size 0x0040] not assigned [ 1.513570] localhost kernel: virtio-pci: probe of 0000:00:00.0 failed with error -22
This was broken upstream in the ARM PCI patch set. I applied the upstream fixup patch to the openSUSE 13.2 tree.
