As I reported for 12.2, my specific internal bluetooth interface BCM20702A0 don't work out of the box.

The interface is from Broadcom (Broadcom BCM20702A0, ID 0489:e031 Foxconn/Hon Hai) and still not handled correctly by kernel module btusb (identified, but necessary firmware is not loaded).
I downloaded the windows driver from Fujitsu. Windows *.inf file points to necessary BCM20702A0*.hex firmware and says
'devices with RAM patch: 0489:E031 - 20702 0489/E031 Fujitsu Standalone'

When I follow the instructions from https://bbs.archlinux.orgviewtopic.php?pid=1479729#p1479729, the bluetooth interface is recognized, Firmware is loaded and interface works. Steps
- add in /usr/src/linux/drivers/bluetooth/btusb.c
/* Broadcom BCM20702A0 */
{ USB_DEVICE(0x0489, 0xe031), .driver_info = BTUSB_BCM_PATCHRAM },
- make and install module btusb.ko
- create firmware by
./hex2hcd BCM20702A0*.hex BCM20702A0-0489-e031.hcd
and copy to /lib/firmware/brcm/
- rmmod btusb; modprobe btusb

Please add my specific bluetooth interface BCM20702A0 with patch ram support to btusb.c as described above.

OK, the patch should be trivial, but we need to submit the fix to upstream and then backport when it's accepted.

Could you give the corresponding entry of usb-device command output?  Then I'll cook up a patch and submit to upstream.

Hope I understood what you need, see below.

Very important in btusb.c for this device is the hint to 'driver_info = BTUSB_BCM_PATCHRAM', cause the device needs to load a firmware.

Could you check the latest 3.19-rc kernel package in OBS Kernel:HEAD repo?  This seems already containing the quirk for Broadcom 0489:*.

I installed kernel 3.19-rc kernel as you said and it works.

For me it's OK to wait for official release of kernel 3.19.
I may compile module btusb manually if I need it.

OK, then I backported the relevant commit to openSUSE-13.2 and stable git branches.  You can use OBS Kernel:openSUSE-13.2 and Kernel:stable repos until the official update comes out.
