Description Michael Pujos 2020-01-16 23:55:03 UTC
$ rpm -ql nvme-cli | gre completion

/usr/share/bash_completion
/usr/share/bash_completion/completions
/usr/share/bash_completion/completions/nvme

It should use the /usr/share/bash-completion folder like all other completions.
Comment 2 Daniel Wagner 2021-09-13 14:54:44 UTC
Has been fixed by Manfred recently:

Fri Jul  2 13:37:07 UTC 2021 - Manfred Schwarb <manfred99@gmx.ch>

- install bash-completion file in correct directory
- recommend bash-completion

Here the relevant part in the spec file:

%files bash-completion
%dir %{_datadir}/bash-completion
%dir %{_datadir}/bash-completion/completions
%{_datadir}/bash-completion/completions/nvme

In the meantime it should have reached TW. Closing bug, in case
is still wrong, feel free to reopen the bug. Thanks.
