While working on reproducible builds for openSUSE, I found that
the tesseract-ocr package binary varies depending on build machine CPU.

This is a bug that can cause crashes on machines older that the random build machine.

The bug is back as patch was lost in the transition to cmake.
I filed an upstream issue now.
