Steps to reproduce:
osc co openSUSE:Factory/vim && cd $_
osc build --noservice -j1 --vm-type=kvm --clean


Actual results:

This bug was found while working on reproducible builds for openSUSE.

its upstream bug --> so report to upstream please

Seems to already be fixed in Factory.
