The VM works fine but I get odd SIGBUS core dumps in OpenSSL in the guest (https://gitlab.isc.org/snippets/886) though might not be related.

Sorry we didn't jump on this sooner. Is this still an issue for you with current Tumbleweed?

I don't use the laptop nor tumbleweed anymore.
