... even when none is required. It's annoying to see an otherwise fine submission fail in jenkins due to this check.

Can we please adjust the check to align to actual requirements? They are to my knowledge:

- nothing for Factory
- bugzilla, jira, or ***github pr*** for SLE

As discussed on irc, bugzilla is required as there's common submissions to Factory and SLE.

Also, github prs are not allowed atm as this pr

has not been merged so far (I thought it had been).

So, nothing we can improve for now.

But we might use this bug as reference when a made-up bug number is required.

I had put it in our queue intending to look for and discuss possible solutions. But, if it was already discussed, I'll close the report as INVALID for now.
