Logs from syslog and messages

- Issue occours both in Tubleweed and Leap 42.3
- Tested ona an dell laptop and dell desktop. (Maybe dell hardware specific issue?)
- Tested on iPhone 5s and 6s

How to test:
- Plug an iOS device in USB port. It will connect and charge all right
- Disconnect from computer
- Plug again on same usb port. It will connect but not charge
