15.0B & TW20180203 Xorg terminates with error if Composite is disabled
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1565402
Xorg server aborts when composite extension is disabled

To reproduce:
1-include in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/*conf 'Option "Composite" "Disable"'
2-start a plasma session
3-left click menu starter or right click desktop

Actual behavior:
1-screen turns completely black
2-subsequent left clicks either do nothing, or briefly flash the desktop; similar for right clicks
3-keyboard unresponsive except to Ctrl-Alt-BS

Expected behavior:
1-menus open normally, without unwanted fluff
2-keyboard & everything else tried works normally

Other notes:
1-Konsole automatically reopened from prior sessions works normally.
2-Happens on 32 bit 20190307 host gx151 with Radeon DDX or Intel DDX & 64 bit 20190301 host big41 with modesetting DDX & kinit-5.55.0-2.1 on Eagle Lake X4500.
3-Works as expected on 64 bit 20190124 host p5bse with modesetting DDX on GT218 & kinit-5.54; big41 host Fedora 29 with server 1.20.4, kernel 4.20.13 & kf5-kinit-5.55.0-1; and Fedora 30 host big41 with server 1.20.4, kernel 5.0 & kf5-kinit-5.55.0-1.
