The log says:
dba4692a046fe441e162064aa08d21321d4020e89554052e2f510b142a26225d-updateinfo.xml.gz: repo_updateinfoxml: Extra content at the end of the document

So it appears there is something broken here. However I can locally refresh that repository fine.

Can you try to run "zypper clean" and then refresh again?

You can also check if /var/cache/zypp/raw/repo-update/repodata/dba4692a046fe441e162064aa08d21321d4020e89554052e2f510b142a26225d-updateinfo.xml.gz is broken or contains some strings at the end that look out of place before cleaning the caches.

As suggested I checked the related xml and identify an invalid content, so did a zypper rr, before to recreate with zypper ar command.
That solved my problem.

returned the bug as invalid.
