Screen edges with openSUSE look and feel

When using the openSUSE desktop theme under "Look and Feel", the system settings screen edges (under Desktop Behavior) is unusable; you cannot see where the corners and edges are (white on white).

Expected behavior: you can see the corners and edges to make changes.

The openSUSE look and feel uses the same colors and icons as breeze.
This might be a caching issue, try logging out, removing ~/.cache, /tmp/kde-* and /var/tmp/kdecache-* and then logging in again.
