llvm6 doesn't package libFuzzer anymore making it unable for projects to fuzz their code!

Quoting from the page you linked:

You can find it in the clang6 package:
/usr/lib64/clang/6.0.0/lib/linux/libclang_rt.fuzzer-x86_64.a
/usr/lib64/clang/6.0.0/lib/linux/libclang_rt.fuzzer_no_main-x86_64.a

But you should not link with it directly, use the -fsanitize=fuzzer flag instead.
