Description Daniel Scott 2018-03-26 15:51:10 UTC
Today kmymoney was updated to 5.0.1-1.1, but it appears to be 5.0.0. The splash screen and about dialog both indicate 5.0.0, plus the bugs fixed for the 5.0.1 release are still there.

I completely uninstalled and then reinstalled and the problem continues.

So upstream "forgot" to update the version number.
I can guarantee you that the package has been built from the released 5.0.1 tarball though.

And what bugs exactly?

The most apparent one for me is

I just double-checked and the upstream commit that's supposed to fix that is definitely included in the used source tarball.

So apparently the fix is either not working or fixes a different problem than you experience.
You should probably add a comment to your KDE bug report and/or reopen it.
