Glyphs in YaST2-Qt that represent current status of loading should be changeable with theme (theme like one used in YaST-installation). At the same time they shouldn't be the same images as those used by steps (as you can see from screenshot they might conflict with certain themes, being white here and dark there).

No, those glyphs are not themeable. That's not icons, it's Unicode characters. And we only support a very small number of them. And we need to be somewhat compatible with the NCurses UI (the YaST text mode).

For a UI toolkit that has so many constraints, this is already as far as we can (or, rather, as far as we are willing) to go.
