Description Egbert Eich 2018-02-10 12:50:22 UTC
Traditionally, the Blacs headers were in the blacs-devel-headers. This however doesn't take the versioned nature of the modulerized HPC packages into account.
For HPC builds include the headers in the libblacs devel package.blacs-devel-headers
