Description Attila Pinter 2018-02-06 17:46:50 UTC
Summary:
For some reason I can't add/remove anything in the favorites using Application Dashboard. Works fine with other App launchers though and the dashboard does show favorites if I set it up with another application launcher.

Also it seems like that it is not showing application history correctly either under list of recent applications.

Tried to delete the content of ~/.local/share/kactivitymanagerd/resources/ and also removed ~/.config/kactivitymanagerd-statsrc, rebooted, but the problem persists.
Short clip here: https://youtu.be/M6N3zJeSYqg

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add "Application Dashboard" to panel
2. Launch "Application Dashboard"
3. Add or remove anything to/from favorites

Expected results:
Removed application from favorites disappears while added application appears.

Actual results:
Removed application does not being removed and added application not being added to favorites.

I was able to reproduce this yesterday with Plasma 5.11.95, but it seems to work now after updating to 5.12.0.

So this should be fixed in one of the next Tumbleweed snapshots...
