Hi,

I am on Tumbleweed, I installed caffeine and when launching it (with caffeine or caffeine-indicator), it fails with the following error.

on Current Tumbleweed snapshots (tested 20200622) this is working (given there is an area configured for tray icons - which is not there by default on GNOME 3)
