Description Mark Draheim 2017-12-15 20:16:31 UTC
nextcloud package should get a requires php < 7.2 or a conflicts to the effect that having nextcloud 12 blocks php 7.2 or updating php removes nextcloud.

Updated today and got both nextcloud 12.0.4 and the php 7.2 update. Results in nextcloud refusing to run as it claims it is not compatible with php 7.2. See lengthy discussion

https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/7384

Workaround for me was to downgrade php via php71 factory repo. Hoping for nextcloud 13 to support php 7.2

Should be fixed with next update.
Now, nextcloud can only install in Tumbleweed, when php < 7.2 is available.
