Description Jeff Mahoney 2017-12-04 15:35:15 UTC
vm-16:/home/jeffm # btrfs-convert /dev/vdh
create btrfs filesystem:
	blocksize: 4096
	nodesize: 16384
	features: extref, skinny-metadata (default)
creating reiserfs image file
creating btrfs metadata
btrfs-convert: symbol lookup error: btrfs-convert: undefined symbol: reiserfs_iterate_dir

The package needs to depend on libreiserfscore0-3.6.27 or newer.
Comment 1 Jeff Mahoney 2017-12-04 15:35:36 UTC
Fixed in filesystems/btrfsprogs
Comment 2 Dominique Leuenberger 2017-12-04 15:45:43 UTC
the 'right' way would for libreiserfscore to introduce versioned symbols. but that's a dream I guess.
Comment 3 Jeff Mahoney 2017-12-04 16:15:54 UTC
Yep, but as I maintain upstream reiserfsprogs only as much as required to enable things like conversion, that's not really on the TODO list.
