1. it seems to call zypper dup without the params for non-interactive (we saw this with 3000. might affect older releases too)

2. we basically turned off vendorchange by default off on all distributions now.
   the module default still has on as default. IMHO it should match the default 
   distro behavior. I mean it can also be that the documentation is outdated and by default it honors the distro behavior. But that should also be fixed.

Actually found on SLE 15 SP2 but we are using a patched factory package so reporting here.
